David Little's Custom Boots PRE BAN RARE RARE - SPECTACULAR
These boots are Customs in David Little's box. RARE - you cannot find this type of craftsmanship any longer - some are out there but mostly in collections. These are truly show pieces.
David Little's boots is located in San Antonio Texas and has been making custom boots for celebrities and customers all over the world for decades. A family tradition of quality and service established in 1915, the Little's Boot Company is the most exclusive boot maker in America with a reputation without equal in the custom boot making business.
These boots are an exotic preban leather vamp in burgundy/maroon color with pointed TOE.
The outer shafts are detailed with white leather and a flower/vine motif.
The boots have a matching exotic crowning.
Very nicely done they may have been worn from what I can see but probably if so around the house but they were obtained like this from the maker a few marks on sole (See pic which is why I am not calling them NOS)
Now these are big boots from what I can see they are not marked with a size but I was told by David Little's who keeps excellent books and history of their sales and customers that they are a size 12.5D (One boot is stamped on inside with his name from what I can see J S Vincent in my guess and David Little's Boots in Gold).
I will provide the below measurements to give some insight on the size of the boots.
Boot measurement from backed against a wall to front of pointed toe at sole is approximately 13.5 inches
Boot measurement at its widest point of the sole is approximately 4 1/2 inches.
Height of the Shaft from the vamp stitch on side to top is approx 11 1/2 inches.
Height of the boot from the Foot Sole to the Top of the shaft is 15 1/2 inches
Tube circumference on top where at the braiding is approximately 18 inches
Need any other measurements please do not hesitate to contact me for those which you may need.
